Andy Wimbor

Andy Wimbor is a trained cognitive behavioural therapist.

With over thirty-five years experience working in mental health. Andy offers regular sessions to help people with a variety of psychological difficulties.

Feedback from past clients have found him to be professional, helpful and compassionate.'

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy,(C.B.T.) is aimed at helping people to get their lives back on track after they have experienced upsets or upheavals.

Although there is no way of altering past stresses or traumas; nonetheless it is possible to change negative thinking and unhelpful behaviour patterns.

It is essentially an enabling process that can help overcome major difficulties and also help to gain more control over everyday problems.

C.B.T. can help deal with symptoms of depression, anxiety/phobias, obsessional disorders, and help give perspective to other issues including relationships, confidence building, self esteem and other seeming irresolvable quandaries.

Andy can be contacted on 07939387031/07939387032 or at andy.wimbor@gmail.com.

Following a call, an assessment can be arranged which will determine if C.B.T. can help you to move forward in your life, if you have been struggling to cope.
