Cognitive Behavioural Therapy,(C.B.T.) is aimed at helping people to get their lives back on track after they have
experienced upsets or upheavals.
Although there is no way of altering past stresses or traumas; nonetheless it
is possible to change negative thinking and unhelpful behaviour patterns.
It is essentially an enabling process that can help overcome major difficulties and also help to gain more control
over everyday problems.
C.B.T. can help deal with symptoms of depression,
anxiety/phobias, obsessional disorders, and help give perspective to other issues including relationships, confidence
building, self esteem and other seeming irresolvable quandaries.
